Who you are
• Degree or apprenticeship closely related to the field of activity • At least 4 years of professional experience in project management, preferably within an agency environment • Passion and know-how in retail and affinity for technologies and design are an advantage • The drive to make a difference and help shape the industry • Independent hands-on mentality and the reliability to meet deadlines • Analytical and conceptual thinking and acting, pragmatic in implementation • Quick comprehension, affinity for numbers and good communication skills • Business fluent in written and spoken German is a must, English is a big plus • Very good skills in creating presentations and guiding through them • Good knowledge in Office 365, G-Workspace or iOS, Asana is a plus
What you'll do
• In Project Management, you will be responsible for independent management and efficient delivery of projects • You are the intersection coordination between all stakeholders (customers, service providers, etc.) • You provide qualified telephone and personal support to our clients and suppliers • You continuously shape and optimize the processes • You control the project-related purchasing services • You prepare cost calculations, offers and invoices • You conduct research for the procurement of project services, including control of production and logistics • You guarantee qualified project documentation
