Who you are

‍
• You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and at least two years of experience working as a visual merchandiser, window dresser, set-stylist or project manager
• You bring outstanding project management skills with a strong focus on organization and timing
• You are responsible for small, manual tasks, such as the implementation of window plots or the support of the construction team on site
• You are capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment and are independent in your daily tasks
• Adaptable, able to support both the Project Management and Creative teams
• The best fit for SHOWZ will be a Visual Merchandiser with a passion for brands, design and an affinity for technology
• Fluency in German is a must, English is a nice-to-have
• You have experience working with G-Workspace, iOS, and MS Excel, and are confident in working with numbers. Knowledge of basic design tools/programs, like Adobe Creative Suite, is a plus

What you'll do

‍
• You will be required to travel within Germany in order to implement our concepts in several stores and locations within a strict time schedule
• You will manage suppliers, coordinate with our production site, calculate budgets, and estimate costs
• You are involved in sourcing materials and props according to the design concepts
• You will be working closely with our Account Managers, Project Managers, and the Creative team
• As part of the planning process, you will be responsible for the execution of the plans and strategies developed by our creative team
• You will be responsible for coordinating with all stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and installation of POS materials, window fixtures, and digital elements
• You will be responsible for monitoring the implementation processes of our projects
